The Nine Curves and Eighteen Bends are located in Kizilkuola Village, adjacent to Kalajun Lake on the Kalajun Grassland. Leaning against the Nine Curves and Eighteen Bends, the scenery is beautiful and enjoys the reputation of "Peach Blossom Spring Outside the Great Wall" in Kalajun. Kizilkula is translated as "Red Basin" in Kazakh language, also known as "Chigu City". It is named after the large red soil behind the village. Due to the unique terrain of the Kuoksu River, the river flows through the wide valley bottom of the Kuoksu Grand Canyon, forming a winding river shape with a length of about 5600 meters from north to south and a width of about 2000 meters from east to west as the riverbed becomes gentle. Counting the rivers in detail, there are not many, not many. It is the Nine Bends, where dragons pass through and move forward, and the Nine Bends turn back into eighteen bends. This beautiful and secluded mountain village has also given birth to two "Nine Bends and Eighteen Bends": the water scenery, which refers to the river bend formed when the Kuoksu River flows through Kizilkuola Village. The second is the road view, which is the winding mountain road formed by the Wusun Ancient Road when crossing the valley.
