The Laopiaokou Scenic Area is 5 kilometers away from the Kafusalang Tourist Service Center. It is the earliest ticket outlet in the entire Karajun grassland, so it is also called "Laopiaokou". The forest here is dense, the landscape is beautiful, the air is fresh, and the negative oxygen ion content reaches an annual average of 3800 per cubic centimeter, which is 3.8 times the national quality standard. This is also the only scenic spot in the Karajun Scenic Area where vehicles can pass through the forest, and it was also the main passage for early herdsmen to reach Karajun. There are two theories about the origin of the name of the "Acacia Tree" scenic spot. One is that it was named after the location: it is said that Princess Xijun married Wusun and won the respect and love of the Wusun people through her talents and wisdom. She not only consolidated the military alliance between the Han Dynasty and Wusun, but also promoted cultural and economic exchanges between the two regions. She laid the foundation for later Princess Jieyou and others to continue deepening the relationship between the Han Dynasty and the Western Regions, had an important impact on the opening and prosperity of the Silk Road, achieved the overall situation of uniting Wusun to jointly attack the Xiongnu, and made important contributions to the reunification of the motherland.
But personally, due to language barriers, lack of relatives, and the fact that the Wusun Wang Kunmo is old and sickly, she has developed feelings of sadness, grief, and homesickness. She comes to summer every year to escape the heat, and wrote the famous "Lament Song" in this forest: My family married me to the side of Xitian, and entrusted the Western Regions to the Wusun Wang. The dome is used as a wall for the room, and meat is used as food and cheese is used as milk. She always misses the soil and feels heartbroken. She wishes to return to her hometown for Huang Xi.
Her creation of the "Yellow Magpie Song" expresses her deep longing for her hometown. This poem has been widely praised by later generations and has become a classic in the history of Chinese literature. Therefore, the forests in this area are called "Karagand": in Hassa language, it means "lovesickness tree".
Secondly, it is named after its scenery: due to the unique climate and geography here, the snow capped spruce trees have a special shape. The tall and towering spruce trees soar into the sky, like cranes spreading their wings and flying in rows in the blue sky and white clouds when standing in the distance; When entering the forest to watch it, their branches intertwine and embrace each other, growing together like hand in hand. It fully confirms the timeless famous line in the Tang Dynasty poet Bai Juyi's "Song of Everlasting Regret": "I wish to be a pair of birds in heaven, and a pair of branches on earth." The forest, where "the pair of birds" connects the branches, symbolizes love, is a place where young men and women of local herdsmen talk and love. There is a stone monument named "Kalajun Grassland" personally inscribed by Mr. Liu Dajun, a curator of the Central Museum of Culture and History and former president of the Chinese Zhouyi Society.
Coincidentally, when we reached the top of this forest through time travel, it was a high point overlooking the Kalajun grassland. Over time, it became a place to greet and send off VIPs and transport family members on long journeys. At the same time, at some point, a magical pine tree grew here: this tree was far away from the forest, and despite the heat and cold, it stood strong and lonely, guarding the high point against the wind and snow. It has lush branches and leaves, with a rare two crown shape resembling two hearts tightly attached to each other; If you stand under its crown and bid farewell reluctantly, it not only provides shelter from wind and rain for the welcoming and seeing off personnel, but also symbolizes sending a protective umbrella to your departed loved ones; On the right side of the tree, there is a long branch that seems to hold onto family members and prevent them from leaving. Therefore, this tree is called the "Love Tree" by the locals. Therefore, this place has become a popular spot for tourists to check in and check in, symbolizing mutual dependence, unwavering devotion, and a hundred years of good union!
